Greetings from Tabara Racing!

Tabara Racing was founded in the early 1980’s by Mark Tabara. Mark participated as a driver as well as an organization volunteer within the boat racing community. His favorite moments are bringing his two children to the powerboat races. His sons, Steve and Brian would later take over the family racing team. Mark enjoys serving as a crew member for Steve and Brian and takes pride in their accomplishments on and off the race course. Tabara Racing has been in the racing business for nearly 30 years and won divisional, regional and national championships.  In the past six years Tabara Racing has won two National High Point Championships and one National Championship.  We are working hard at duplicating this performance in 2012. Our preliminary schedule includes 40 days of racing and 10 days of scheduled promotional shows spread throughout the United States. Tabara Racing plans to attend races put on by two different National series (F1 Prop and APR Super-league) and also a regional Midwest series. The regional Midwest series races are put on by TCPBA (Twin City Powerboat Association).

On weekends without APR and F1 Prop races, the team will attend regional races and promotional events.
